Terms of Sale

These general terms of sale (the “Terms of Sale”) apply to any subscription to a paid Creatis plan (Pro, Studio), to any purchase of AI credits and to pay-as-you-go AI usage, on the creatis.info website or in the Creatis software. The seller is 2Bgroups, publisher of Creatis (see the legal notice).

1. Plans and prices

The plans, what they include (AI credits; real terrain, building services and take-off from the Pro plan; exports; cloud project storage for the Studio plan) and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Creatis may change its prices; any change applies from the following billing period, after prior notice to the subscriber.

2. Subscribing

You subscribe from the website or from your account, after creating an account. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed; a confirmation is sent by email.

3. Payment and renewal

Payment is made by card or digital wallet through our payment provider, Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at each due date (monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen) until it is cancelled. An invoice is issued for each payment.

4. Pay-as-you-go

Pro and Studio subscribers whose subscription is paid by card can turn on the “Pay-as-you-go” option from their account or in the software. It is off by default and is only turned on with your express agreement, given by ticking the box provided for this purpose. Once the AI credits included in your plan and your purchased credits are used up, the AI then remains available: usage is billed at €0.98 including VAT per 100,000 credits (the rate of the smallest credit pack), on actual usage and rounded to the cent.

You choose a monthly cap, within the limits shown in your account (currently €1 to €200 per month). Once the cap is reached, the AI is paused until the following month, unless you raise it; raising the cap requires a new agreement. The amount used can be viewed at any time in your account. It is added to the next invoice of your subscription (every month for an annual subscription) and charged using the same payment method.

You can turn the option off at any time, free of charge; usage already incurred remains due. If a subscription payment fails, the option is suspended until the payment is settled. When the subscription ends (cancellation, payment failure, account deletion), the option is turned off and the remaining amount due is invoiced immediately. Any change to the rate only applies after prior notice and your new agreement.

5. Cancellation and change of plan

The subscription has no commitment. You can cancel it at any time from your account; it remains active until the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately. Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately, with no refund for the current period.

If your plan no longer includes cloud storage (cancellation or change of plan), projects already sent remain viewable, retrievable and deletable, but you can no longer send new ones.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express waiver of this right. By subscribing, you request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

7. Payment failure

If a payment fails, several further attempts are made. Without settlement, the subscription reverts to the free plan (Essai, shown as “Free” on this site); your local projects remain accessible, but features reserved for paid plans are no longer available.

8. Customer service and mediation

If a dispute is not resolved by our customer service, you may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator, under the conditions of Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code; the mediator’s contact details are provided on request at contact@creatis.info.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
