How do AI credits work?
Each request to the AI architect uses credits, depending on the size of the request. They are renewed on the 1st of every month. Once your allowance is used up, the software remains fully usable: the AI carries on with your purchased credits (packs never expire) and then, if you have turned it on (Pro and Studio), on pay-as-you-go: €0.98 per 100,000 credits, up to the monthly cap you choose. Otherwise, only the AI pauses until the renewal.
Is Creatis a final release?
Not yet: Creatis is in public beta (0.x versions). The essentials are solid and usable today, and new features ship every week until version 1.0. Updates are included in every plan.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. The Free plan costs nothing, has no time limit and needs no credit card. Move up to Pro or Studio when you need real terrain, building services, take-off or more AI.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account. Subscriptions have no commitment: if you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe: Creatis never stores your card details.
How does Studio cloud storage work?
From the software’s home screen, send a project to the cloud: it is then updated automatically every time you save and can be retrieved on all your computers, up to 10 GB. If you leave Studio, the projects you already sent remain viewable and retrievable.
Do I need an OpenAI key or any other service?
No. The AI is included in your Creatis account; your plan sets your monthly credit allowance.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is emailed with every payment and remains available in your account.
Which computers does Creatis run on?
Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and macOS 11 or later, on both Apple Silicon and Intel. Details and installers on the Download page.
Is the software available in English?
The Creatis interface is currently in French. The AI architect understands both French and English, so you can describe your projects in English.
