Your plot in 3D,
accurate to the metre.
An address or a cadastral reference: Creatis rebuilds the terrain, drapes the aerial photo over it, and draws the plot boundaries and the buildings already standing on it. You design on the real ground, not on a blank page.
From address to house on site.
It takes just seconds to go from an address to a plot ready to build on.
Address or plot
Address, cadastral reference, GPS coordinates or a click on the map. Several neighbouring plots can be combined.
The terrain as it is
Elevation, aerial photo, plot boundaries, contour lines and existing buildings with their height and roof.
On the natural ground
The house sits on the slope with its foundation plinth; level difference, ground-floor level and earthworks feed into the take-off.
Already a house on the plot?
The AI rebuilds it.
Buildings on the plot appear as volumes, with their height, number of storeys and roof type. Ask the AI architect to redo the existing house: it keeps its footprint, orientation, storeys and roof, in the same place.
Same footprint, same orientation
The new house is generated on the building’s footprint and aligned with its façades.
Nothing is lost
The existing volume is simply hidden on its own layer: show it again to compare.

In France, Creatis queries the public services of IGN and DGFiP directly. From version 0.8.5, it also queries the official open cadastres of several European countries. No data to download, no files to prepare.
Elevation
In France, NGF elevations from IGN’s RGE ALTI®. High-resolution elevation also in the Netherlands (AHN, 0.5 m), Spain (MDT, 5 m) and North Rhine-Westphalia (1 m). Elsewhere, a global elevation model (90 m) takes over.
Aerial photo
IGN orthophotos in France; official aerial imagery also in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Czechia and Switzerland.
Cadastre
In France, cadastral plots from the DGFiP, by address or by section and number.
European cadastres
The official open cadastres of the Netherlands (Kadaster), Belgium (SPF Finances), Spain (Catastro), Luxembourg (ACT), Italy (Agenzia delle Entrate), Austria (BEV), Czechia (ČÚZK), Slovenia (GURS), Estonia and 12 German states: North Rhine-Westphalia, Berlin, Brandenburg, Hamburg, Saxony, Thuringia, Lower Saxony, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony-Anhalt and Baden-Württemberg. Elsewhere, the terrain is rebuilt from the global elevation model, without plots.
Buildings
In France, IGN’s BD TOPO®: footprint, height, number of storeys, wall and roof materials. Elsewhere, buildings from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors).
Google Earth
Draw the outline in Google Earth, export it as KML or KMZ and import it into Creatis.
Real terrain is included in Pro.
